I would NEVER deal with General Manager Roger Ballard from James Hodge Ford in Idabel, OK ever, ever again. I was ready to buy a car, had signed all of the paperwork, financed it through Ford, waited for over a week to have dealer invoice options installed and was ready to have the car delivered to me approx 150 miles away (sight unseen other than a few pictures) and then Roger cancelled the deal. Katy was really good to work with and the car checked out as she explained it to me over the phone. They took care of the two minor things I wanted corrected and had the car ready for pickup when I returned to get it. All the people I talked to at the Dealership were friendly and courteous. It was great doing business with them.

Buyers BEWARE. Absolutely the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. Please be careful and understand they will tell you anything. I was in an accident and lost my work truck, I was in desperate need for a truck, They took advantage of my situation and charged me over msrp. After I agreed to pay OVER msrp and booked a shipping company. I was at the bank to made the wire transfer and I got a text they sold the truck, Thank GOD! Drove from parking lot of dealer to my home 40 miles and started hearing a noise I had something in my tire. Took car to tire shop the tires that were on the car were bad. Had to replace all 4 tires the ones on the car had large bubbles in them and the tire shop was surprised I didn’t have a blow out. I reported it to my salesman. He was to let the Manager know and I was suppose to get a call back. But never did.
